Clinic Staff
Thomas Eggleton, PT, DPT, MS: OwnerThomas Eggleton received his B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1973 his M.S. in Physical Therapy in 1978 from the University of Southern California and his DPT in 2003 from Rocky Mountain University. His post graduate studies include extensive work in Manual Therapy, Sports Medicine, Craniomandibular Disorders, Pain Control and Work Rehabilitation. Mr. Eggleton has presented post-graduate research papers and taught over 100 post-graduate professional courses, both nationally and internationally, in the areas of orthopedics and manual therapy. He is presently a consultant in head, neck, and facial pain to the Clinical Research Foundation, and an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Southern California. Mr. Eggleton is co-author of a functional anatomy text on the head, neck and temporomandibular joint and contributing author on two textbooks on evaluation and treatment of CMD. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Orthopedic, Aquatic, Geriatrics, Private Practice and Women's Health sections.
Dennis Langton, PT, BS, OMPT: OwnerDennis Langton received his B.S. degree in Health Education and Physical Therapy in 1973 from the University of Utah. His post graduate studies include a wide variety of advanced clinical courses in the areas of Manual Therapy, Sports Medicine, Neurology, Craniomandibular Disorders, and Work Rehabilitation. Mr. Langton has presented over 30 post graduate research papers and taught over 100 post-graduate professional courses, both nationally and internationally, in the areas of orthopedics, manual therapy, orthotics and prevention education. He is presently a consultant in head, neck, and facial pain to the Clinical Research Foundation, and an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Southern California. Mr. Langton is co-author of a functional anatomy text on the head, neck and temporomandibular joint and contributing author on two textbooks on evaluation and treatment of CMD. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Orthopedic, Private Practice, Aquatics, Geriatrics, Women's Health and Health Policy and Administration sections. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the California Physical Therapy Association and as a Trustee of APTA-PAC.
Sandra Daniels Physical Therapist and Clinic Director, La MesaSandra graduated from Daemen College with a BS in physical therapy and a minor in special education in 2000. She began her PT career with E&L working in our Chula Vista clinic in October 2000, after which she assumed a clinical director position in Grossmont in 2002, and then in the La Mesa clinic in November 2004. Sandra continues to expand her knowledge in all aspects of orthopedic manual treatment through many continuing education courses and through the mentorship of both Tom Eggleton, DPT and Dennis Langton, PT. Some of her continuing education courses include joint mobilizations of the spine, pelvis, and the peripheral joints, Burdendko aquatic therapy method, and certification courses for kinesiotaping. When she is not working Sandra enjoys playing soccer and any outdoor activity. She can also be found day dreaming about her snorkeling adventures with her husband on their recent honeymoon to the Tahitian islands! Sandra will gladly answer any questions regarding patient care or the La Mesa clinic.
Jonathan Paden Senior Physical Therapist, Clinic Supervisor, PowayJonathan Paden has 4 years experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in outpatient rehabilitation. He joined the E&L Associates Physical Therapy team as an intern in 2001. Since then Jonathan has demonstrated extensive skill and ability in both orthopedic and manual therapy. Prior to E&L Associates, Jonathan worked at Scripps/Mercy Hospital. Additionally, Jonathan received his Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University. With his clinical experience and educational background, E&L Associates Physical Therapy is proud to have an invaluable therapist assume the responsibilities as a Staff Physical Therapist in our Poway clinic. Natasha Hom Physical Therapist , Clinic Director, Chula VistaNatasha earned her Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy in 1997 and has been practicing ever since. Her clinical experiences cover a broad spectrum, including: outpatient clinics, acute and outpatient burns and neurorehab. Her post-undergraduate training has included extensive study in joint and soft tissue mobilization, craniosacral therapy, strain counter strain, muscle energy techniques, manual perception and integrative manual therapy. She recently joined the E&L Associates Physical Therapy team and has exceeded expectations. She believes that a good relationship with patients is critical for successful rehabilitation. Kendra Strouse Senior Physical Therapist, La MesaKendra Strouse has 8 years as a licensed Physical Therapist in private practice outpatient clinics. She joined the E&L Associates Physical Therapy team in January 2002. Since then Kendra has demonstrated extensive skill and ability in both orthopedic and manual therapy, but she has demonstrated particular skill in soft tissue and joint mobilization, MFR, Strain-counter strain, and muscle energy techniques. Prior to E&L Associates, Kendra worked with the Sunnyvale PRN clinic near San Jose, California. Additionally, Kendra received her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Idaho State University and her bachelor's degree from the University of the Pacific. With her clinical experience and educational background, E&L Associates Physical Therapy is proud to have an invaluable therapist in our La Mesa clinic. Kendra will gladly answer any comments regarding the La Mesa clinic and, of course, any patient care related questions.
Anastasia Brown Staff Physical Therapist, Chula VistaAnastasia graduated from California State University Long Beach with her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2003. She has experience in both hospital-based and private practice outpatient orthopedic facilities. She began her physical therapy career with E&L in July 2005, working in our Chula Vista clinic. Anastasia continues to be enthusiastic about all aspects of physical therapy. She has demonstrated extensive skill and ability in both orthopedic and manual therapy including pre and post rehabilitation programs. Anastasia looks forward to furthering her education in manual treatments through continuing education courses and the mentorship of both Tom Eggleton DPT, and Dennis Langton PT. When Anastasia is not working hard, you can find her playing games with friends and spending time with her family.
