E&L Associates Physical Therapy has been independently therapist owned and operated in San Diego by partners Thomas Eggleton and Dennis Langton for over 25 years.

Post Rehabilitation Program: We have created HealthFit Now to offer a post-rehabilitation medically oriented gym. HealthFit Now is the perfect bridge between physical therapy and discharge because all programs are directed in our clinics by our therapists. Monthly fees are reasonable and Worker's Compensation may provide coverage.
Easy Referral Process: We accept most insurance companies and we can obtain authorization for you-just fax a prescription to any one of our clinics. Also, we are an independent member of the PRN network.
